We do offer an in-store pick up option. The name on the order must be the same person to come pick up with a physical matching ID. There are no exceptions. We hold items for up to 4 weeks from purchase date. Anything after 4 weeks will result in a cancelation without refund. We will attempt to reach out 2x within those 4 weeks. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
